Monomoy Capacity Study - Fiscal Impact Element (1998).
Analyzed the fiscal impacts of continued residential and commercial development in five Cape Cod towns, as part of a larger study carried out by the Cape Cod Commission. Collected data through interviews with Town department heads, analyzed historic municipal expenditure data for Massachusetts communities, and developed a model to estimate future operating and capital costs. The study provided data and analysis to be incorporated in the local planning efforts of the five participating towns and provided the Cape Cod Commission with an enhanced approach to fiscal capacity analysis.

Outer Cape Capacity Analysis (1996)
Developed a model and conducted a capacity analysis for the four Outer Cape Cod towns of Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown. the project examined the impacts of future growth and development on transportation, groundwater, natural resources, community character, quality of life, and fiscal resources.
